Abstract

In the current service industry companies the role assigned to the hygienic and motivational factors while planning personnel management is on the rather low level, which indicates the urgency of the studied topic. The analysis and consideration for the given factors would allow the company to cut the expenses and improve labour efficiency determined by the new employees’ recruitment and low motivation of the personnel.
