
В статье рассмотрены базовые составляющие корпоративной культуры, проведено разграничение между понятиями «корпоративная культура» и «организационная культура», проанализирована хронология исследований в области корпоративной культуры, выявлены особенности корпоративной культуры, определяющие ее как психологическую проблему.
In this article the basic components of corporate culture were examined, the difference between such notions as corporate culture and organizational culture was made, chronology of researchers was analyzed, and psychological characteristics of corporate culture were elicited.
