Роль и значение PDM-систем при разработке технологического оборудования

Abstract

Исследованы методы повышения эффективности процессов создания технологического оборудования с помощью PDM-систем. Определена важность постоянного взаимодействия заказчика, разработчика и изготовителя технологического оборудования при формировании входных параметров проектно-конструкторского процесса. Проанализированы составляющие обобщенной модели требуемого технологического оборудования на примере формирования исходных данных для создания металлорежущего станка. Приведена характеристика PDM-систем в условиях современного производства как инструмента организации взаимодействия всех участников создания технологического оборудования в рамках единого информационного пространства. Предложена обобщенная схема организации работ под управлением PDM-систем.

Methods of improving the efficiency of the processes when designing manufacturing equipment using PDM-systems is investigated in this paper. It highlights the importance of continuous interaction between the client, designer and producer of manufacturing equipment when the input parameters of the design process are being determined. The constituents of a generalized model of the required manufacturing equipment are analyzed using the example of determining input data for designing a metal-cutting machine-tool. The authors describe the characteristics of the PDM-system as a tool for organizing interaction between all the participants involved in the development of manufacturing equipment within common information space.
