Уголовно-правовые меры борьбы с незаконным производством и оборотом алкогольной продукции в зарубежных странах

Abstract

В статье рассматривается опыт борьбы с преступлениями в сфере незаконного производства и оборота алкогольной продукции в зарубежных государствах. Дан сравнительный анализ уголовного законодательства стран англо-саксонской, скандинавской, романо-германской и мусульманской правовых семей по вопросам уголовно-правового противодействия незаконному производству и обороту алкогольной продукции.
