Abstract

We report a series of 4190 cases of children poisoning between 2000-2009. The structure of poisoning in dynamics has been demonstrated. Great number of most pharmaceutical drug poisonings is poisonings with nasal vasoconstrictive drugs. The largest part among nonmedical poisonings is plant poisonings. All poisonings among children and adolescence have been analyzed as per severity, age group and season.

Представлен анализ 4190 случаев детских отравлений за 2000-2009 гг. Показана структура отравлений в динамике. В структуре лекарственных отравлений наибольшая доля приходится на отравления назальными сосудосуживающими препаратами. В структуре нелекарственных отравлений наибольшая доля - растительные яды. Проведен анализ детских отравлений по тяжести состояния, возрастному составу, сезонности.
