Abstract

The article deals with teaching the company staff to use coping strategies in foreign language intercultural communication. The strategic competence is scrutinized by the author from the angle of the contexttype approach which makes it possible for trainees not only to enrich their cognitive thesaurus, but also to successfully achieve communicative goals.

В статье рассматривается проблема овладения персоналом ТНК копинг-стратегий, служащих повышению их адаптивности в критических ситуациях межкультурного взаимодействия. Реализация контекстного подхода к созданию тренинговых программ способствует не только успешному протеканию коммуникации, но и расширению когнитивного репертуара еѐ участников.
