Abstract

Проведено изучение психотропной активности новых производных аминоурацила и, в частности, антидепрессивной активности новых производных аминоурацила с использованием наиболее широко применяемых моделей фармакологического скрининга. Наиболее выраженный антидепрессивный эффект на этапе первичного фармакологического скрининга был выявлен у соединения ПИР-03-52 в дозе 10 мг/кг.

Psychotropic effect of the new derivatives of aminouracil models were evaluated using the most common models of the pharmacological screening. The substance with the laboratory code PIR-03-52 in doses of 10 mg/kg demonstrated the most pronounced antidepressant activity effect at the stage of the primary pharmacological screening.
