Научно-практический инструментарий механизма инвестирования обновления основных фондов в строительстве

Abstract

В настоящее время формирование методических подходов к оценке эффективности использования капитала экономического субъекта является одной из ключевых задач финансового менеджмента организации. В отечественной и зарубежной экономической литературе сформированы основополагающие принципы оценки эффективности реальных инвестиций: моделирование потоков финансовых ресурсов по периодам инвестирования; комплексный учет внешних и внутренних факторов инвестирования; определение эффекта посредством сопоставления ожидаемых результатов и затрат; учет фактора времени и требуемой ставки дисконтирования, нормы рентабельности на инвестированный капитал. В статье проведен анализ различных подходов к формированию механизма инвестирования, предложена классификация основных фондов строительных организаций по степени ликвидности, определен состав научно-практического инструментария механизма инвестирования.

At present the formation of methodological approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of the use of capital of the economic entity is one of the key tasks of financial management of the organization. In domestic and foreign economic literature the basic principles of evaluating the effectiveness of real investment have been formed: modeling the flow of financial resources for investment periods; the complex analysis of external and internal factors of investment; determining the effect by comparing the expected results and costs; the time factor and the required discount rate, rate of return on invested capital. The article analyzes the different approaches to the formation of investment mechanism, proposed a classification of fixed assets of construction companies in the degree of liquidity, the composition of the scientific and practical tools investment mechanism.
