Abstract

A kinetics of swelling and dissolution was studied during the research, likewise the kinetic regularities of drug release from the medicated films of various composition. A physical-chemical analysis technique – conductometry – was used for kinetic research of the process of drug release from polymerous base. According to the experimental data the dissolution constants and diffusion characteristics were defined by dialysis. The diffusion coefficients __ half-reaction period, reflecting the differences in the formulation of the polymeric matrix and it’s drug release response were rated. A drug releases by combination of two processes: drug diffusion and surface erosion of the medicated film.
