Статья посвящена рассмотрению вопроса вариативности конституционного принципа демократического государства. В процессе исследования автором рассматриваются особенности структуры конституционного принципа демократического государства, дается характеристика вариативности принципа народовластия как его неотъемлемого элемента. Сделан вывод о том, что рассматриваемый принцип демократического государства, как и другие основы конституционного строя, обладает определенной структурой, признаки элементов которой определяют вариативность указанного принципа, которая взаимосвязана с фактической реализацией входящих в данный принцип «субпринципов».

The article discusses the variability of the constitutional principle of a democratic state. In the course of the research the author considers the features of the constitutional principle structure of the democratic state, describes the variability of the democracy principle as its integral element. It is concluded, that the constitutional principle of the democratic state, as well as other bases of the constitutional system, has a certain structure, the elements of which determine the variability of the mentioned principle, which is interconnected with the actual realization of the constituent “sub-principles”.
