Abstract

А «track» effect that is consisting in an aspiration of scattered field invariant polarization parameter mean value at the scattering by a composite radar object (a surface plus small-scale object) to a small-scale object invariant polarization parameter value, justified in given paper for the first time. It is illustrated in the paper that a track effect leads to considerable suppression of scattered wave invariant polarization parameters fluctuation at the scattering by a composite object. The first part of given paper is including the problem formulation and its experimental justification.
