In this paper the authors proposed the idea of criminal legal regulation of social relations on the animals that will contribute to stronger protection of fundamental human rights. В статье авторами предложена идея по уголовно-правовому урегулированию общественных отношений по поводу содержания животных, что поспособствует более прочной защите основных прав человека. Делается вывод о том, что осуществив посредством уголовного запрета защиту граждан в Российской Федерации от посягательств со стороны опасных животных, законодатель тем самым сможет укрепить государственные гарантии на реализацию и защиту основных конституционных прав человека в России, а так же стимулировать позитивное правовое поведение лиц, ответственных за содержание животных.
