Abstract

В статье рассматривается российское законодательство в области биоэтики и регулирования применения биомедицинских технологий, проблема защиты прав человека в данном контексте; анализируются международно-правовые акты и зарубежный опыт в данной сфере. Отдельно изучены вопросы уголовной ответственности за преступления в данной сфере по уголовному законодательству ряда зарубежных государств (Франции, Испании и др.). Высказываются предложения по совершенствованию действующего российского уголовного права
