Abstract

The article discusses the state of cellular and humoral immunity in uncontrolled bronchial asthma in the acute phase and during reconvalescence. It is shown that the greatest changes characteristic of certain cellular factors (CD8 and ratio of CD4 \ CD8) and humoral, such as a change (increase) of IgE, IL-4, 8, sVCAM, and subclasses IgG, in particular, IgG2 and IgG4. It is shown that the immunological changes are saved to the period of convalescence. The use of immunotropic drug Derinat in inhalation and injection form gives improved clinical picture, but the inhalation form has almost no positively influence on the immunological changes. Control of asthma for a long time (up to 4–5 months) is preserved under injections of the drug. Proved, thus the need for immunotropic therapy for asthma in children.
