Социально-культурный аспект профессиональной подготовки персонала крупной компании

Abstract

В статье обосновано колоссальное значение крупных компаний в общественной жизни. Приведенные результаты авторских социологических исследований выявляют значимое влияние проводимой в крупной компании профессиональной подготовки персонала на социально-культурное состояние региона, в котором функционирует данная компания. Также определены основные социально-культурные функции системы профессиональной подготовки персонала: функция социализации личности, функция обеспечения занятости населения и уверенности сотрудников, достижения социальной стабильности и др.

The role of large companies in public life is discussed. Based on results of her sociological research, the author argues that vocational training of personnel in a large company is of great importance for the overall local welfare. Other vital functions of professional training are identified as personal socialization, population employment management, employee confidence, social stability, etc.
