The article considers the activities of the contemporary museum and exhibition institutions, in which traditional forms of exploring and conservative work have been amplified and enriched with a wide range of methods of involving customers in the process of social and cultural creation. That is why these institutions represent a foundation of the cultural and creative activity stimulation among different categories of the population.
