Лингвистический инструментарий продвижения национальных интересов

Abstract

Статья затрагивает вопросы реализации приемов речевого воздействия, характерных для современного политического дискурса. Авторы рассматривают языковые средства и особенности политического дискурса продвижения национальных интересов на примере выступлений президентов США и России. Материал исследования составляют тексты речей действующих глав этих государств, которые посвящены теме конфликта в Украине и его последствий. Выделены основные общечеловеческие и общенациональные ценности, актуализируемые политическими лидерами в целях обоснования внешней и внутренней политики.

The paper deals with linguistic means characteristic of political discourse, which aim at promoting national interests. The authors analyze speeches by the American and Russian Presidents justifying their national policies. The material for the research includes scripts of speeches by the national Russian and US leaders discussing the Ukraine conflict and its consequences. The research highlights universal human and national values used by the political leaders to substantiate their domestic and foreign policy.
