Abstract

В работе рассматриваются возможности предоставления государственных и муниципальных услуг через универсальную электронную карту. Неактивное использование гражданами к новой информационной технологии и пути решения данной проблемы.

In the article we consider the possibility of providing state and municipal services through the universal electronic card. Inactive citizens to use new information technologies and solutions to this problem.
