Abstract

С 1 января 2015 года в России установлена уголовная ответственность за незаконное производство, оборот фальсифицированных, недоброкачественных лекарственных средств. Способствуют криминализации сферы здравоохранения такие факторы как: сговор между фармацевтическими и медицинскими организациями, продажа выгодных мест на витринах в аптечных организациях, реклама рецептурных лекарственных препаратов, выписка лекарственных средств на бланках рекламного характера.
