Местнопластические операции в реабилитации обожженных детей

Abstract

На основании опыта лечения 50 детей с последствиями ожоговой травмы авторы прийти к выводу о необходимости раннего (4-6 мес. после заживления ожоговых ран) хирургического лечения детей с Рубцовыми контрактурами. Наиболее эффективным методом хирургического лечения при послеожоговых рубцовых контрактурах является пластика трапецевидными лоскутами с рациональным использованием местных тканей.

Based on the experience of SO children treated for post-burn defects, the authors have come to the conclusion that early (4-6 month burn healing) surgical treatment of children with scars is necessary. The most effective surgical technique for post-burn defects is trapeze strips plastics using local tissues.
