В статье рассматривается опыт управления народным предприятием на примере Набережночелнинского картонно-бумажного комбината. Особое внимание уделяется специфике функционирования комбината и условиям его эффективного управления.The article reviews the experience of managing the enterprise an example Naberezhnochelninskiy cardboard and paper mill. Particular attention is paid to the specifics of the functioning of the plant and the conditions for its effective managemen.t
