Abstract

The article considers the effectiveness of combined use of physical methods of recovery in order to improve athletic performance in athletes of different sports. The results of studies on the integrated use of pressure therapy and low-frequency magnetic therapy to optimize the processes of recovery in athletes. Technology is ready to use these techniques for athletes.
