Повторится ли «Чикаго 30-х годов» в Верхнекамье?

Abstract

The historical and natural and industrial potential of the Upper Kama area is analyzed. The author considers a difficult situation in the two municipalities after the technological man-made disaster. The article suggests some ways to solve this force majeure, as well as techniques and methods for increase investment attractiveness of the region, attraction of human resources on the problematic areas and social development of the territory. The author believes that for revealing and further solving the problems of social interaction in the region application of the experience of sociologists from the Chicago school can be effective. The data of the author`s sociological survey on the state level and life quality of population of the Usolsk region are given.

В статье анализируется историко-природный и промышленный потенциал территории Верхнекамья. Рассматривается сложная ситуация, сложившаяся в двух муниципальных образованиях после техногенной катастрофы. Предлагаются пути выхода из возникшей форс-мажорной ситуации, способы и методы восстановления инвестиционной привлекательности территории, сохранения и привлечения трудовых ресурсов, социального развития территорий. Автор считает, что для выявления и дальнейшего решения проблем социального взаимодействия в крае возможно применить опыт социологов чикагской школы. Приводятся данные проведенного автором социологического опроса о состоянии уровня и качества жизни населения Усольского района Пермского края.
