Abstract

Intramolecular rearrangements of N,N'-bis[diizopropoxythiophosphorylaminothiocarbonyl]-1,7-diaminoheptane in 3–10% DMSO solutions have been studied by NMR 1Н, 13С and 31Р spectroscopy. The high mobility of the macromolecule with the realization of two conformational forms (linear and hairpin-type), amide–amide exchange, and different tautomeric forms has been proved.
