Abstract

Показана проблема повышения качества отбора персонала в современных организациях. Рассмотрены проблемные аспекты отбора персонала. Определены приоритеты приложения усилий для повышения качества отбора. Выделены основные субъекты оценки и отбора персонала. Уточнены роль и значимость руководителей в процессе отбора персонала. Определены модель и средства развития психолого-акмеологической компетентности руководителей как ключевых субъектов оценки и отбора персонала. Для специалистов, занимающихся проблемами отбора персонала и развития человеческих ресурсов.
