Изменчивость гемодинамически значимых параметров коронарного артериального русла в зависимости от фаз сердечного цикла

Abstract

Важную роль в кровоснабжении сердечной мышцы играет строение артериального сосудистого русла миокарда. Оценить условия распределения крови по ветвям коронарных артерий с учетом фаз сердечного цикла позволит изучение закономерностей изменений морфометрических параметров коронарных артерий. Исследована 161 коронароангиограмма без признаков патологических изменений коронарных артерий мужчин и женщин в возрасте от 36 до 74 лет при помощи программ «Syngo Fast View», «Adobe Photoshop CS7», «Microsoft Excel», «SPSS». Выявлены закономерности изменений диаметров основных стволов правой и левой коронарных артерий, а также углов между ветвями первого порядка в норме в различные фазы сердечного цикла у мужчин и женщин второго периода зрелого и пожилого возраста. Закономерности изменений ангиоархитектоники артериального русла сердца в зависимости от фаз сердечного цикла являются основой для последующей оценки кровоснабжения миокарда на основе законов гемодинамики.
