Abstract

В статье рассматриваются ключевые процессы, которые имели место в период 2010-2013 гг. и оказали существенное влияние на развитие системы государственного управления в современной Украине (2010-2013 гг.). Автор анализирует основные результаты конституционной реформы 2004 года, оптимизации системы центральных органов исполнительной власти 2010 года, изменений в законодательстве о системе исполнительной власти.
