Abstract

The article deals witch the comparative analysis of principles and forms recruitment of political-administrative elite in modern Russia and the ruling class of the former USSR, studies the factors determining recruiting the elite groups.

В статье дается сравнительный анализ принципов и форм рекрутирования политико-административной элиты современной России и правящего класса бывшего СССР, рассматриваются факторы, детерминирующие рекрутинг элитных групп.
