Abstract

Different methodological approaches have been considered to define organization management efficiency. The most conceptually important method during consideration of organization management efficiency is systems approach. Management efficiency is a result of socio-economic system performance in whole. Thereupon internal and external organization efficiencies are considered. The organization ability to achieve assigned objectives (success) should be the main idea in definition of management efficiency measures. The level of objectives achievement could be the system measure of efficiency that repulses internal system union a priori because objectives always bring integrating rise in themselves.
