Abstract

The trance skin therapeutic system with taurine has been developed for correction of a metabolic syndrome. Biopharmaceutical studying of process of liberation taurine from considered compositions of auxiliary substances is spent. The technique of a dialysis of operating substance from the trance skin therapeutic system through a membrane (model of the biological membrane replacing «worrying» skin of animals) is fulfilled. For maintenance acknowledgement taurine in trance skin to therapeutic system used infra-red spectroscopy on equipment Vertex 70, it is direct in the developed medicinal form. Use of the given equipment has allowed to avoid the operations connected with a dialysis taurine from the medicinal form and formation of a disk from potassium by bromide.

Была разработана трансдермальная терапевтическая система с таурином для коррекции метаболического синдрома. Проведено биофармацевтическое изучение процесса высвобождения таурина из рассматриваемых композиций вспомогательных веществ. Отработана методика диализа действующего вещества из трансдермальной терапевтической системы через мембрану (модель биологической мембраны, заменяющей «переживающую» кожу животных). Для подтверждения содержания таурина в трансдермальной терапевтической системе использовали инфракрасную спектроскопию на оборудовании Vertex 70, непосредственно в разработанной лекарственной форме. Использование данного оборудования позволило избежать операций, связанных с диализом таурина из лекарственной формы и формирования диска с калия бромидом.
