Abstract

A comparative analysis of ways of revelation, structure of clinical forms and characteristics of specific process was performed in 1685 working-age patients, 639 were organized and 1046 were unorganized population. More frequent incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis when addressing complaints, association with untimely X-ray examination and worse structure of clinical forms and peculiarities of the process was determined in unorganized population. It is proved that annual testing X-ray examinations in unorganized working age population is necessary as well as in organized population once in 2 years.
