Abstract

The results of studying the maternity organization process and child welfare centres network on the territory of the Transbaikalian province and the BuryatMongol Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic in the second half of 1920-s are presented in this article. The quantitative and qualitative characteristics of these centres, the territorial specifics of their work are also shown in the article. The implementation of medical and social assistance in the maternity and child welfare centres was complicated by unresolved financial and personnel problems. The effective organization of consulting work became possible only adjusted for national and traditional features of this region

Представлены результаты изучения процесса организации сети женских и детских консультаций на территории Забайкальской губернии и Бурят-Монгольской Автономной Советской Социалистической Республики во второй половине 1920-х гг. Показаны количественные и качественные характеристики консультаций, территориальные особенности их деятельности. Отмечено, что осуществление медико-социальной помощи в женских и детских консультациях осложнялось нерешенными проблемами финансового и кадрового характера. Эффективная организация консультационной работы стала возможной только с учетом национальных и традиционных особенностей данного региона
