Abstract

Дано описание концепций академической мотивации и партисипативного управления отечественных и зарубежных научных исследователей. Приводится анализ влияния участия студентов в научно-технических конференциях на побудительную мотивацию студентов к процессу обучения.Given the description of concepts of academic motivation for participative control of domestic and foreign research. Listed the analysis of influence of student’s participation in scientific and technical conferences on incentive motivation of students to education process.
