Рассмотрен процесс формирования профессорско-преподавательского состава высших учебных заведений Нижнего Поволжья в 1930-е годы. Выявлены особенности подбора преподавательских кадров по профильным вузам, анализируются общие тенденции данного процесса по институтам Нижне-Волжского края в обозначенный период.There is considered the issue of formation of teaching staff at higher schools of the Lower Volga Region in the 1930s. There are revealed the peculiarities of teaching staff selection at specialized higher schools, analyzed the general tendencies of the process at the institutes of the Lower Volga Region in this period.
