Динамика профессионально-квалификационной структуры сельской интеллигенции Республики Бурятия

Abstract

В структуре сельской интеллигенции Республики Бурятия происходят изменения, на сегодняшний день самым многочисленным отрядом сельской интеллигенции являются работники образования. На втором месте работники здравоохранения и работники культурно-просветительной сферы, количественный состав которых за последнее десятилетие сократился. Численный потенциал инженерно-технических работников и работников сельского хозяйства в структуре сельской интеллигенции самый низкий.

The structure of the rural intellectual population is being changed, and nowadays the most numerous group of the rural population are teachers (workers of education). Then there come the workers of Health protection sphere and the workers of culture whose number has been reduced within the last 10 years. The number of engineers and the workers of agriculture in the structure of the rural intellectual population is the lowest.
