Abstract

The results of a comprehensive examination and treatment of 108 patients with focal exudative lesions at acute destructive pancreatitis (EDR). Based on the early selected ultrasound and crystallographic criteria of focal exudative lesions at acute destructive pancreatitis, as well as multivariate calculus the score system was developed in early differential diagnosis of fluid formation. These results indicate the objectivity of the proposed diagnostic system, the sensitivity was 91.8%, specificity 90.1%, accuracy 92.4%.
