Адаптивная физическая реабилитация больных нейрохирургического профиля

Abstract

This article represents three stage program of the adaptive physical rehabilitation of neurosurgical profile patients is presented; it consists of the complex of physical exercises devoted for the correction of stem dysfunction, exercises of the adaptive physical gymnastics for trainings of active and passive extremities' movements, methodology of statodynamic (static-dynamic) activation with maneuvers of coordination and reflex gymnastics. New method of the adaptive physical gymnastics for training of the pelvic floor muscles is presented.

Предложена трехэтапная программа адаптивной физической реабилитации пациентов нейрохирургического профиля, состоящая из комплекса физических упражнений и специальной дыхательной гимнастики для коррекции стволовой дисфункции, упражнений адаптивной физической гимнастики для тренировки активных и пассивных движений конечностей, методики статодинамической активации с приемами координационной и рефлекторной гимнастики. Предложен новый метод адаптивной физической гимнастики для тренировки мышц тазового дна.
