Арест как один из видов наказаний за неосторожные преступления

Abstract

This article analyzes the arrest in the compositions of the crimes committed through negligence. This article analyzes the scientific research work on the science of criminal arrest and penal law. The author of this article expresses the belief that the arrest as a form of deprivation of liberty must be preserved and shall be served not in common cells and in cells designed for one or two people.

Статья посвящена анализу ареста в составах преступлений, совершенных по неосторожности. В статье анализируются научные работы по исследованию ареста в науке уголовного и уголовно-исполнительного права. Автор настоящей статьи выражает убеждение в том, что арест как вид лишения свободы должен сохраниться и отбываться не в общих камерах, а в камерах, рассчитанных на одного-двух человек.
