Abstract

В статье авторы обосновывают актуальность и многогранность процесса делегирования полномочий руководителем органов внутренних дел, обозначают важность данного процесса для формирования компетентности и развития личностного потенциала сотрудников, а также значимость и необходимость его использования в современной управленческой деятельности руководителя, что повысит оперативность управления, а следовательно, результативность деятельности органов внутренних дел.In the article the authors substantiate the relevance and complexity of the process of delegation of authority by the head of the Internal affairs agencies, indicate the importance of this process for the formation of competence and development of the personal potential of employees, and the importance and necessity of its use in the modern management activities of the manager, which will increase the efficiency of management, consequently, the effectiveness of the activities of the Internal affairs bodies.
