Данная статья представляет собой анализ системы подготовки и переподготовки кадров на предприятиях горно-металлургического комплекса Белгородской области в районе Курской магнитной аномалии.
One of the factors of successful production development is its provision with skilled labour resources. The article deals with the analysis of the personnel training and retraining system at the plants of mining and smelting production of the Belgorod region in the Kursk Magnetic Anomaly area.
