Abstract

The mineral composition of the sea plant Zostera marina L., which was gathered in different parts of the Northern and Middle Caspian Sea and in the techno-ecological system the Lake Karakol (the Republic of Kazakhstan) has been studied. There has been revealed the lower concentration of metals in sea macrovegetation in comparison with the freshwater ones; it is connected with the lower bioavailability of microelements in sea water. Gross formulas of microelements of plants in 2009-2010 were placed in the following way: the Caspian Sea Co = Cu > Pb > Mn = Ni > Zn > Fe; the Lake Karakol Pb > Co > Ni = Mn > Cu > Zn > Fe.
