Abstract

This article provides a justification for the use of fractal analysis to analyze laser polarization images of the myocardium. It highlights the key features of images of the myocardium during conditions of acute ischemia, obtained by the method of fractal analysis. The article substantiates the prospects of using fractal analysis of phasic laser images of the myocardium to identify sudden cardiac death. The article shows the simplicity of execution and accuracy of the areas of myocardial ischemia determination.
