Инверсный нейросетевой регулятор пьезоэлектрического двигателя вращения

Abstract

Рассмотрены вопросы выбора и построения нейросетевого регулятора для мехатронного модуля на базе пьезоэлектрического двигателя вращения. Обоснована актуальность построения мехатронного модуля на основе пьезодвигателя вращения. Рассмотрены особенности пьезодвигателя как объекта управления. Проведен анализ методов управления и обоснован выбор нейросетевого регулятора. Проведен синтез инверсного регулятора и показана возможность построения инверсного регулятора для упрощенной математической модели пьезодвигателя вращения.
