Abstract

Пироэлектрические кристаллы широко используются для регистрации излучения. Обычно применяется покрытие электрода, поглощающее излучение. Однако схема с поглощением излучения в объеме кристалла в ряде случаев имеет преимущества. Такие приемники излучения отличаются, например, повышенным быстродействием. Однако в случае узких по сравнению с размерами кристалла лазерных пучков существенными становятся процессы теплопроводности вблизи краев чувствительного элемента. В данной работе представлено исследование координатной зависимости пироэлектрического отклика в системе металл—сегнетоэлектрик—металл. Проведенный теоретический анализ показывает, что вблизи электродов величина пироэлектрического отклика может значительно превышать его значение для объемной части кристалла. Полученные результаты можно использовать для разработки координатно-чувствительных пироприемников, а также при интерпретации экспериментальных результатов по изучению свойств сэндвичных пироэлектрических структур.

Pyroelectric crystals are widely used for registration of the radiation. The electrode coating is usually applied for the radiation absorbing. However, the scheme with the absorption of radiation in the volume of crystal has advantages in a number of cases. These photodetectors are different, for example, high temporary characteristics. However, the processes of thermal conductivity near the edges of the sensor become essential in the case of narrow compared with the size of the crystal laser beams. In this paper we study the pyroelectric response coordinate dependence of the system metal-ferroelectric-metal. Our theoretical analysis shows that the magnitude of the pyroelectric response near the electrodes can significantly exceed its value for the crystal volume. The obtained results can be used for the development of coordinate-sensitive detectors, as well as in the interpretation of the experimental results on studying the properties of sandwich pyroelectric structures.
