
The paper is devoted to the revitalization tasks of large-scale construction residential environment, scientific basis of reconstruction principles. It analyses the practical experience of large-scale series residential buildings rehabilitation; discovers problematic engineering-technological and organizational aspects; shows tendencies of residential environment transformation in modern social economic conditions; suggests design models of the 97 series large panel buildings modernization in Chelyabinsk.
Работа посвящена задачам ревитализации жилой среды массовой застройки, научному обоснованию принципов реконструкции. Анализируется практический опыт санации жилых зданий массовых серий, выявлены проблемные инженерно-технологические и организационные аспекты, показаны тенденции трансформации жилой среды в современных социально-экономических условиях. Предложены проектные модели модернизации крупнопанельных домов 97-й серии для г. Челябинска.
