В статье рассматриваются проблем-ные вопросы организации и деятельности местных органов исполнительной власти Республики Абха-зия. На основе нормативно-правовых актов Респуб-лики Абхазия. Исследуется компетенция органов управления в административно-территориальных единицах Республики Абхазия.
The paper discusses structural and func-tional issues of the municipal governments within the Re-public of Abkhazia (RA). On the basis of RA legal acts, competences of municipal governments of the administra-tive-territorial units of RA are investigated.
