
Тhe problem of functional characteristics of the state in the science of the General theory of law and state. Defends a position about the necessity of modernization theoretical approaches to understanding external functions of the modern state. Indicated the need to better highlight the differences in the mechanism of implementation of internal and external functions of the state as to the means of their formation, scope and nature of powers of the state. The conclusion about the special importance in the mechanism of realization of external functions of the state activities in the framework of interstate cooperation.
В статье рассматривается проблема функциональной характеристики государства в науке общей теории права и государства. Отстаивается позиция о необходимости модернизации общетеоретического подхода к пониманию внешних функций современного государства. Указывается на необходимость более четкого выделения различий в механизме реализации внутренних и внешних функций государства. Делается вывод об особом значении в механизме реализации внешних функций государства деятельности в рамках межгосударственного сотрудничества.
