Abstract

The article is devoted pharmacoepidemiological features pharmacotherapy of arterial hypertension (AH) in outpatient departments. Established that in outpatient conditions consumption of antihypertensive drugs in the pharmacotherapy of patients with hypertension of moderate risk is represented mainly by two-component circuits, combining derivatives of ACE inhibitors with selective beta-blockers or amlodipine with selective beta-blocker. In hypertensive patients at high risk are present three component circuits presented with ACE inhibitors in combination with selective beta-blocker with the addition of a diuretic.
