Abstract

In the review actual aspects of clinical pharmacology in pediatric practice are submitted. Specificity of approaches to consideration of many practical questions of rational medicinal therapy at children and the teenagers, connected with features of physiology of a children’s organism, including pharmacokinetics, during the various age periods is emphasized. The accent is done on personification of pharmacotherapy on the basis of principles of demonstrative medicine. The submitted information is the extremely necessary in practical job of doctors pediatrics, doctors of the general medical practice.

Представлены актуальные аспекты клинической фармакологии в педиатрической практике. Подчеркивается специфика подходов к рассмотрению многих практических вопросов рациональной лекарственной терапии у детей и подростков, связанная с особенностями физиологии детского организма, включая фармакокинетику, в различные возрастные периоды. Акцент cделан на персонализацию фармакотерапии на основе принципов доказательной медицины. Представленная информация крайне необходима в практической работе врачей-педиатров, врачей общей врачебной практики.
