In the review actual aspects of clinical pharmacology in pediatric practice are submitted. Specificity of approaches to consideration of many practical questions of rational medicinal therapy at children and the teenagers, connected with features of physiology of a children’s organism, including pharmacokinetics, during the various age periods is emphasized. Представлены актуальные аспекты клинической фармакологии в педиатрической практике.
