Abstract

Today there is a question about integration of medical clinics by introduction medical information systems. De-signing the local information systems are considered in this article; then their subsequent integration at regional and federal levels was has been described also. Thus, the central moment of this problem are choice of functional models of information system’ kernel. The optimum variant of modules is offered by us. Developed the scheme of interaction the medical hospital and out-hospital users through integration regional and federal information sys-tems. Creation of more capacious database of medical clinics and, also, mechanism of internal medical migration becomes distinctive feature of global medical information system.
